Refund Policy

At our shop, we take great pride in the quality of our pressed flower art. You will be sent a mock-up or "proof" of your art before a single petal is glued so that we can make sure you love your piece! We take great care to package each piece to avoid damage. If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will discuss options for rectifying the situation (either replacement or refund) for any items that do not meet our quality standards. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
